[Amps] Centurion 422 Tune Cap Removal Help

I need to replace the Tune Cap in my Centurion.  Can anyone help me with
some instructions?
It looks like I have to somehow get the knob off the front panel.

The rest of it looks pretty straight forward.  Any help would be
appreciated.
