[Amps] Question about SPE 1.3K-FA amplifier

W6PQL found when designing his HF SS amp that the LDMOS he was using 
would hit the 1dB compression point at about 11100W. If SPE is getting 
1300W from one dual core device they are over driving it or they aren't 
using enough negative feedback to stabilize and reduce total gain.
