[Amps] SPE 2K FA amp vs Quadra

I guess I am one of the ones who have completely lost my mind too...(lost  
it long ago though)
 
Down payment on a 2K at Dayton this year and it will be here in a  couppla 
weeks....it will be next to my Alpha 8410... I won't buy another Alpha  
after what I went thru with them when my TR board went bad 4 months outta  
warranty....nice solid amp since then but the headaches and cost of dealing  with 
them isn't worth it. The Alpha will be the backup...or the mult amp in  
SO2R...if I ever go that route....Its said the 2K can do SO2R but I will have 
to  look that option over closely.
 
My primary radio is also the FTDX 9000D with a FT 1000MP.(sold my D)

Taste in  purchasing is strong, too.
