I don't care whether you live and transmit in Thailand or were
still my neighbor in Florida.  If you are loud and your IMD is
only -20 dB down, your IMD will be loud and will still cause
interference.  I don't know of any country where the amateur
regulations give licensees the right to cause intentional
interference to other users of the band.

Excess IMD is the equivalent of a *loud* f**t in church, synagogue,
mosque or your favorite place of worship/reverence.

Perhaps preaching about IMD here is equivalent to talking to dementia
patients in a nursing home in some cases.
