[Amps] vacuum tube test

Years ago I built a portable transmitting tube tester in an old Hickcock case.
It ran off a 12V car battery and I used it often to test tubes at Hamvention and
home.
Unfortunately I disassembled it and started a redesign to allow me to get above 1.5kW tubes.
Maybe a few of you remember seeing it.

you can not have amplifier, how to test ?I do know how to test in the
factory,But who have a large test bench what with high power HV power
suply?
I you only have a low volt power supply and a Hi-pot tester, how to test a
certain tube? for example 3CX 1500A7, 4CX1000A, 4CX 1500B,4CX 250B and 4CX
