##  Perhaps....if  possible....  hi-pot  test  each  tube  in  question.
Temp  bond the  grid to  the  cathode....  then  hi-pot  between 
anode to  grid. 

##  problem  is,   your  next  batch  down  the  road might  hi-pot  test
lower.    Install a fast  HV  fuse in  series  with a 50  ohm  glitch  resistor.
