[Amps] Henry 3K-A choke failure...workaround?

Will placing choke in the ground return work with a swing choke input
resonant choke supply like this? don't know the answer, just asking and may
be remembering wrong about the supply configuration. I vaguely remember
considering moving it but wondered also about the metering.
