[Amps] Henry 3K-A choke failure...workaround?

Hi Ron,

I like the idea of putting the choke in the return lead.  But the way the
return floats a bit above ground for metering makes me uncertain exactly
where to wire in choke.

   - between bridge and resistors to ground, or...
   - between resistors to ground and filter capacitor returns
