[Amps] Amps Digest, Vol 217, Issue 1

I too have a AL-82 have roughly the same current readings +- a few, 
Wavenode watt meter shows 1200-1300 Po.

Great old fashioned amp my grandson can use if he becomes a ham.

They are the kind of amp you can make a tuning mistake (keep it small 
one) and it will forgive you. Not so with SS amps unless they have a 
antenna tuner in them.
