The 1N5408 is a good replacement that I have used for years to repair
other hams amplifier. In fact I replaced one in a AL811H just last week
and have many other amplifiers in the past. It is rated at 1,000 PIV
(Peak inverse voltage) with current rating of 3 amp. I buy them by the
bulk and never had a replaced one fail as of yet. FT8 and other digital
modes caused a lot of heat in your amplifier.
