[Amps] [yccc] Acom2000a Heater Voltage Too Low 0.0v

Hi,

When I turned on my ACOM2000A tonight I expected to hear the usual click 
and fan noise and then see the countdown starting from 145 seconds.  But 
that's not what happened.

Instead, I got the click and fan noise and after two seconds of 
countdown the fan shut off, standby was discontinued and the message 
"Heater Voltage Too Low 0.0v" was flashed on the RCU."

Does anyone know what may have caused this and how I can fix it?
