[Amps] Actuating a 120 VDC relay with low voltage

FWIW Jeff at Harbach no longer has the keyer.  I have one and wish I 
could get another.  I also have used the Ameritron ARB version.  
Recently found yet another one on ebay it is a simple relay in a box 
with RCA connectors.  Now THAT is simple.
