[Amps] 4 KW?

Greetings Alek,
 I bought a NIB spare that was tested & signed by Array Solutions . OM Power tests all tubes prior to drop ship.
No problem with the tube in the amp so far, and Array Solutions has them in stock.
I agree there are sellers either selling pulls or poor quality knockoffs on eBay that have gone bad fast, but if you buy directly from OM Power or Array Solutions you should be fine.

And those FU728F tubes are junk. It is all but impossible to get a good
one these days. The supply has completely dried up.

I would not touch an amplifier that uses that tube.
