But at the expense of losing 6m coverage with the tube pair.  I use an OM Power 2000A+ during the winter months at my remote station on the FL/GA state line.  It's been a great amp but not without some minor issues that are described on my QRZ page.   I certainly would not want to forgo 6m operation for the extra power.  The 2000A+ already does 2KW+ with high duty-cycle modes.
