[Amps] Pulsing SWR Meter

Try yet another battery.  If you see the same symptoms, check the 9V
battery cap and the wires that lead from it; maybe only a few strands are
left.  I had to splice a new cap into one of my Nye Viking MB-V-A tuners
because the battery cap wires finally broke free.
