[antennaware] quad model notes

A number of folks have asked me over the past few months to make available
some of my quad models.  While I do not have an FTP file resource, I did
write up a few notes on modeling quads--called for some strange reason
"Some Quad Models" and located in the modeling section of the index page.
It has 4 parts to ease downloading burdens.  The notes include wherever
appropriate a model description with complete coordinate
information--since the 5-band 2-element models have 40 wires each (and
about 400 segments).  Even the side-inset shrunken quad models have a
considerable number of wires.

I hope the material is useful to someone.
