The ARRL Antenna Book software includes a program called TLW (Transmission 
Line - Windows) by N6BV that calculates L, pi, and T networks as well as 
feedline impedance transformations.  The loss (and room heating!) in 
T-networks can be ugly.

It's very simple to use.
