[Antennaware] Baluns for use with 450 ohm ladder line and antennatuners

I have used 4:! balun as you are contemplating
and I have also used a length of coax soldered
directly to the 450ohm open feeder line.  A 1:1
balun between coax and open wire feeder would
be okay, too.
