[Antennaware] KLM manual needed

I've just acquired a wind damaged KLM 3el 40M yagi and am looking for a 
manual.   Anyone have a scanned copy they can e-mail? 

I'm not a great fan of linear loading for a variety of reasons, in 
particular mechanical.  Anyone done any conversions to loading coils on 
this antenna? 

There is what looks like a balun and some paralleled feeder on this thing. 
 Odd feed point impedance?
