[CCF] [TOEC] SAC proposals for 2007 and beyond

I for one like SAC just the way it is, or to be more exact, the
way it "used to be". I was not happy to see the change to 24 hours!

If it´s possible, ofcourse it´s smart to move the SSB part to some
other weekend but otherwise "don´t mess with it".
