[CCF] Working a contest where 200 Qs is a max

Ilkka, you and I agree on all the below. What I ment was that people 
outside Scandinavia would have more qsos i.e. more fun using the same 
operating time as they do now, more bang for the buck. Efficiency is the 
word of today.
