[CCF] SAC 2010 and PileUP!

   PileUP! is aiming to release an issue right before the SAC CW, where
   it is possible to do a bit of advertising (with limited coverage).

   However, I think the main work is (s.b.) allready done by the organizers
   of the event, i.e. the "SAC Contest Committee", that is found signing
   on this page http://www.sactest.net/ ("Home") -> "New weekend...".

   sactest.net does not have a link for 2010. I did not find any
   sac 2010 page by edr either. Does anyone know where it is?

   All this makes me wonder who organizes SAC 2010? The committee, EDR, both,
   others? Is the committee equal to {oz5wq, la4yw, oh6rx, sm3cer}?

   I hope I'm not confusing things.
