[CCF] CQ WW 2019 SSB lokintarkastusraporteista

An email with an encrypted link to the log checking reports for all
entrants to CQ WW SSB 2019 have been sent.  It took more than 3 hours to
send out the 7500+ emails.



There was a problem discovered by some entrants that the reports had a
section talking about being preliminary.  This has been repaired.  If
anyone wonders about preliminary LCR, please use the same link to get the
final report.



This concludes CQ WW SSB 2019!  (Except for the Director who now has to
answer all the emails asking about lost points…)
