as per N5HD's comments about folks not logging stateside .
 
i think that stateside should be logged -- even if you are using paper
you only have to dupe the dx -- who cares if you have wn4kkn in your log 10
times on 20m (except wn4kkn) i mean it is already ZERO points.
 
another reason  to work all them stateside q's is to get that number as big
as you can, keep the freq. clear, and the best reason of all to give you
something to do while you are calling CQ during the summertime band
conditions!
