Cheating

At a recent local contester dinner (N0AX, WA0RJY, K7SS, AA7FT, me)
the subject of packetcluster cheaters came up. We threw out a simple
solution (at least a simple solution to cluster cheating): eliminate
the assisted classes (and multi-single upgrade such as SS requires).
