The only trouble with robot contests is that now you have removed operating
skill from the formula - in the sense that the robot is only programmed in a
certain way to perform the operating tasks. For example, how many unanswered
CQs do you call before you go looking (if you are only using one receiver).
Depends on how many hours into the contest you are, doesn't it? It takes a
lot of code for the robot to know how to make these kinds of decisions. You
get the idea, I am sure. Tree could likely tell us a lot more - he wrote
such a program.
