Headsets

I use standard stereo headphones that are comfortable and provide outside
sound isolation. But I use the Autek QA-1 audio filter to tailor the response.

Has anyone tried the earphone/mic that is contained entirely within the ear?
It has been advertised the last few months but I can't remember the
manufacturer right now.
