If you mean the solar flux and so forth they announce at 18 minutes past,
here is one source (courtesy Yanoff's internet service list):

		        finger solar at xi.uleth.ca or finger solar at 142.66.3.29
		        finger daily at xi.uleth.ca or finger daily at 142.66.3.29
    offers: Auroral activity warnings/watches/sightings, updated hourly.
 	    Solar = 3-Hourly solar & Geophysical report, daily is the daily one
