I believe any attempt to break it out by zone be done for the categories that
warrant this type of coverage...  Currently the following categories make
sense:

1.  Single Op All Band
2.  Multi Single & Multi-2

If you do break out other categories, the others should be done as top 5 not
top 10.  I'm sure CQ & ARRL would like to keep a little of their magazines
for advertisers!  

This is a great idea & long over due.
