Not to sound like I'm disagreeing with Jay, K0GU, but with the "new"
SS format our nothing-little-pistol scores are now no longer so close
to the bottom (unless you really deserve it, as I did in CW).  But I
hope they don't use the same format in 1993 IARU Contest, cause then I'll 
have a problem gloating over my performance due to the same reason.  We
just can't have an easy solution, perhaps.
