I have used the FORCE 12 80 M rotatable dipole (Model EF-180A) since early
December 1994. It is installed at 149 feet and is an excellent antenna. I
have the FORCE 12 switchbox which allows me to select 8 different frequency
segments in the 80/75 M bands. The 2:1 VSWR bandwidth is approximately 50-60
KHz within each frequency segement. The center frequencies of each segment
are: 3530, 3555, 3590, 3620, 3760, 3790, 3820, 3845 KHz. I use an
IC-781/IC-4KL combination.

This antenna breaks every pileup and runs stations on 80 Meters like
gangbusters. This point in the sunspot cycle requires something like this
and the FORCE 12 gang sure came through!

Nope, shouldn't be a problem. eskimo.com has been around for 10 years
pretty much 24 hours a day... Be sure to log in as "anonymous" and use
your email address as a password (or use that great ncftp program!).

To get RUFZ -
ftp (or better yet, try ncftp) to ftp.eskimo.com and then look in the
u/o/oolon directory. It is named rufz.zip and has received the much sought
after Totem Tabloid Seal of Approval. Great program.

Moreover, I got my C-3 in 3 days from HRO - they had a 2-figure stock.
The C-4, however, was back-ordered. Force 12 says they multiplied their
production capacity several-fold last year.

BTW the antenna is quite beautifully fabricated. Lots of attention to
detail.
