Norm's Rotor Service, 301-874-5885, has stainless steel U bolts and hardware
for use on CDE/Hygain/Alliance rotators.
I have found aluminum plate stock at local metal scrap/surplus/salvage
companies.  You might check with a local metal fabrication shop.  Maybe they
will allow you to go thru their scrap pile.  Check your Yellow Pages.
Have you tried the ham antenna manufacturers?  They may have what you need
and may sell them as replacement parts.
