Internet resources for radio repair?

Does anyone here know of a forum, newsgroup, mailing list, reflector, etc.
that discusses repair of radios? The S-Meter on my TS-940S has quit working.
The other meter functions work fine (all XMIT funcs.) but the meter sits at
zero during receive. The receiver works fine too, with no degradation of any
functions or sensitivity. Please reply to me directly. I know this is not
specifically contest oriented, but, hey, without a radio, one cannot do much
radio contesting can one?
