Sprint K5GA.....309 QSO.....49 MULT....SCORE...15,141
STATION USED WAS HOUSTON'S "INFAMOUS" LUMBERYARD
GOOD ANTENNAS BUT THE MOST NOISY LOCATION ON EARTH !!
I PROMISE NOT TO OPERATE AGAIN FROM THAT LOCATION.
SERIOUSLY, I APOLOGIZE TO ALL THAT I HAD TO ASK FOR
REPEATS, ESPECIALLY ON 80. I AM SORRY BUT THE S-METER
WAS S9 TO 10 OVER. YOU GUYS HAD TO BE VERY LOUD FOR
ME TO HAVE A CHANCE TO HEAR YOU. EVEN ON 40, IT WAS A
TAD ROUGH AT TIMES. GETTING ACCURATE NUMBERS WAS A
REAL REAL REAL REAL REAL PAIN !!!!##^^$$**&&
I FEEL IT TOOK 10 TO 20 Qs OFF MY SCORE.
AS ALWAYS, THE CONTET WAS A BLAST.
MIKE, KB5YVT (ALIAS W5NN), GET YOUR DAMN ANTENNAS UP.
AT LEAST THE NOISE WILL BE GONE.
I MUST ADD ONE MORE APOLOGY....TO W2QY.....I SIMPLY COULD
NOT GET YOUR INFO. I ALMOST HAD IT BUT SOMEONE FELL ON
TOP OF US AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT!!! THANKS FOR THE
3 TIME REPEAT OF YOUR INFO...IN VAIN AT THE END.
73,
BILL K5GA

Notice all the slashes. Lots of caribbean active. Condx
far better than last
weekend, but a difficult contest for those of us in the
midwest. No great
strings, just a lot of work.
