Hi
in my opinion it should count for Yugoslavia (not Serbia, we do not have a
country named Serbia, until now). The only prefix for Bosnia i Hercegovina is
T9 (not YU4, YT4, 4N4, 4O4, or X5)

Ah, yet another fresh batch of stale VE prefixes! It appears that the
Canadians have slipped into an addiction stage where special prefixes are
concerned, now rendering the the usual VE calls to be the rarest of the bunch.
