No, no.. you got it all wrong... he's Economizing! That way, everything 
of essence for a good CONTEST station is right within arm's reach. Just 
put a toilet in there somewhere and you'll never have to leave the room! 
Heck, just sit on it while you're operating... they aren't that bad for 
48 hours.
