Earlier this month, I mistakenly refered to WR6Rs operation from KH6 where he
signed /KH7, and made derrogotary remarks toward him.

I have been informed ( but still do not know the official source ) that KH7,
KL0-9, and KP3 are permissible prefixes from those areas.

I retract my remarks, and sincerely apologize to WR6R. The error was mine.
