Hi All,

I paid for a transcript of the Culpepper talk at Dayton last year, but to
this date I have received no transcript and no refund.

Does anyone know who to contact about this? Please E-mail direct.

OH0MAM operated from Aland Is. OH0, not Market Reef.

Thank you to all the stations braved the low sunspots, and joined the few
and the lonely on 10 meters last weekend. Conditions were wierd to say the
least, one minute 10 would be totally dead and the next minute loaded with
LU's. I Missed several easy multipliers simply because they couldn't hear
me. Stations like V26LN would cq and I would answer over and over with no
qso. OHHHH if i could only work everyone I hear. I can't buy a contact with
the U.N. building in NY, however several 2 land stations answer my cq.
Thanks to ZL1ANJ who answered my cq toward the pacific. After that the band
suddenly opened to several neat places, like zk1,vk, vk9, etc. It's amazing
that stations like KH8/N5OLS couldn't hear me, but I could copy them fine.
HZ1HZ was so weak, he was modulating the noise, but I got him first call. I
Missed kg4, v2, zp9, and several other easy ones, apparently they just
couldn't hear me, but I copied them fine. Are there any other 10 meter nuts
who may have some comments about conditions in your area? I'm new to the
reflector (27-NOV), so I missed most, if not all of the contest comments.
See you next year on 10 with some hopefully improved antennas. W4PY (ex
kn4ui) and yours truly hope to get up some serious aluminum by then. The
TH7 has served me well but I need more.

Yes, I see what you mean Dave. It wasn't my best email moment! I didn't
intend it as a serious threat but looking at it again I see you are
correct. Oh well, it likely won't be the last time I do something like
that. hi Even though I said it, I really wouldn't do it,in part, for the
same reason you wouldn't. It would be a waste of time and cause nothing but
a hassle I won't have the time for.

Thanks for your constructive and thoughtful comments.

Bruce
