OK folks.  This is insane.

I'd like to propose that henceforth people use the 3830 at contesting.com
mailing list -- the email list dedicated to contest score data -- for
this type of traffic.  Seeing a raft of these requests every month on
CQ-Contest is not my idea of "utiling the medium to it's fullest as
envisioned by Postel."
