[CQ-Contest] Icom 775 with CT

I have asked the CT reflector, but I have not found anyone who says they
have an IC-775 working with CT set to IC-775.

If you have, please tell me what address setting you are using in the
775.  Any other tricks?

I had it working with CT set to 735, but not all features worked.
