[CQ-Contest] S&P busted calls???

Clearly, the best response to a broken call is just to repeat
your call with no report, until the other operator gets it right.
It's tempting, though, to just include the report, because most
of the time the other operator sends your correct call.  But 
once in a while you hear another broken version of your call, or
just "QSL TU...", followed by another pileup.
