[CQ-Contest] new DXCC Country during 1998?

Get your reservations early..... the Los Angeles Times reports that NEVIS
citizens will vote sometime during 1998 to formally separate from St. Kitts
and Nevis and COULD become an independent country.  Which might mean it
could also become a new DXCC venue.
