[CQ-Contest] Meeting FCC Guidelines for Exposure to RF Fields

Concerning the new MPE Guidelines.....

Did my evaluation via QST Article and a simple Excel Spreadsheet
calculations.  Passed too, but where I live I thinkg that AL1200 is out for
the time being until I can move out in the country.  Oh well.....  I am
sure the FCC will be by to check it all out.
