[CQ-Contest] RE: SIGNOFF

As a reminder, do NOT use the SIGNOFF command to remove yourself from
the CQ-Contest reflector.  This command is no longer supported.  The
correct commands are described in the information sheet that EVERYONE
received when we switched over to the new CQ-Contest reflector.

If you deleted this information, send a message to
cq-contest-REQUEST at contesting.com, and put the command 'info' in the
message body
