[CQ-Contest] FD rates - fast!

K3RA and I, operating 2A, got our combined rate up to 383 at one point in 
FD!  We regularly had combined CW rates as high as 200 (between 100 and 
200).  Great fun.  Having the two HF logging computers networked together 
added to the fun -- nice to see what the other guys working on another 
band, etc. and nice to see the calls fly by twice as fast.
