                1997 PNW DX Convention

Update:

The 1997 PNW DX Convention will be held July 25,26 & 27th at the Richmond
Inn, Richmond B.C.

Friday evening check in & hospitality suite with bar by BC DX Club & Fraser
Valley DX Club.

Saturday seminar speakers so far include VE7BS and VE7RG.

Saturday evening banquet speaker is Dr.Gilbert Robinson W5NYT. "Robbie" was
an administrative/scientific director with NASA for many years. He holds
numerous patents and and will link ham radio and space exploration.

The hospitality suite opens Saturday night after the banquet & continues
until there is no one left standing.

The breakfast program Sunday morning includes Mike Mraz N6MZ, a Heard Island
team member.  Mike will either show the Heard Island Video, or video outakes
& his personal slides, depending on audience request.  W7KCN has a DX quiz
game to present, and the prize drawings.

So if you are contemplating a visit to B.C., why not try and arrange your
trip to join us at this years convention.
