    Good advice.  On commercial sites, there is generally a "last man in"
rule which means that if you go the air and you cause other users problems,
YOU have to fix it because you're the last man in.  If they cause
interference to your equipment, you should make sure that they'll remedy it.
 All it takes is a couple of cavities and you'll be in Fat City.  Make sure
they understand that up front.
