[CQ-Contest] VA QSO Party correction

Hello all.

This coming weeking, the 15th and the 16th, is the weekend of the VA QSO
party.

OBVIOUSLY, IT WAS NOT MY INTENT TO MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT THAT THE QSO
PARTY WILL BE HELD LAST WEEKEND.

Thank those of you who brought it to my attention.

There is software for this contest available for download at:

It is a DOS program written by Steve Martin, WA4ZAJ, specifically for
this contest.  

It costs nothing and it works good.  Covers all the VA counties and
tracks and dupes mobile stations from the multiple counties they cover.
It scores and prints out the required docs as well.
