[CQ-Contest] cut numbers - a support

Cut numbers are the wave of the future.  You might as well 
get used to them.  Besides, they provide a bit of interest to
an otherwise dull exchange.  Clearly they are not appropriate
in an alpha-numeric exchange, but for pure numbers, I think
they speed things up.

TR will soon have the capability to log either A or 1 as a 1, etc., and
the other logging programs probably will follow suit, so it'll be a moot
point
concering logging.  You will be able to just enter what you hear
and not worry about the translation.
