[CQ-Contest] CQWW Email submission work fine!

Hi Contesters:

There has some QRM (or QRN) lately about the SSB at CQWW.com site.  Here are the
FACTS:

1) Everything is working fine

2) It is VERY EASY to use: just Email your log to SSB at CQWW.com

3) You will automatically receive an acknowledgement from the CQWW.com Robot

4) If you still have doubts, you check the logs received at: 

                 http://cqww.com/cqww/logs/

5) If you see your call there, WE HAVE YOUR LOG!

6) If you try to "look at the contents" of your log, but it looks scrambled,
DON'T WORRY!  Even if YOU can't read it, WE CAN!!  The CQWW.com site does
NOTHING to change your log.  "Scrambled" logs are either due to the fact that
you sent in a "bin" file, or because YOUR software decided to encode your
log...NOT US!  But it doesn't matter, WE can still read it!

7) Have confidence...everything works fine!  Pse ignore the noise.
